Order Processing Time
Processing times vary depending on the item ordered:
Ready-to-Ship Items
(Bundles, lace, select wigs, hair products)
- Processed within 2–4 business days
- Shipped after payment is confirmed
- Tracking number will be emailed once fulfilled
Custom Wig Orders
- Production time: 7–14 business days (unless otherwise stated)
- Shipping occurs after the unit is completed
- Custom coloring or specialty requests may extend processing time
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times typically range:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Priority/Express: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
📍 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Snow Styles is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Delays due to carrier issues
If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees will apply.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Snow Styles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier
- Contact your local post office
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
