Your wig is customized and styled for a ready to wear option. The wig is stuffed with tissue paper to hold its shape and protected in a net. It will come in either a box or satin lined bag depending on wig style to protect it. Please store wig on mannequin, hanging or in satin bag to hold style. All wigs have a band included for a comfortable secure wear and feel. For add ons or special request please email stylistsnow@gmail.com

If hair is put up for storage place in satin bag that was provided to keep hair soft and dust/dirt free from sitting. 

Custom Wig turn around time- Local pick Up 10-14 business days, and shipping Up to 21 business days. 

PLEASE NOTE IN STOCK WIGS TAKES 2-3 processing days. Unless stated as ready to pick up. Custom wigs that aren’t in stock please allow 2-3 weeks. Custom Colors may result in extended time. Please check your emails for updates on the status of  your order.

Hair Care Products and accessories can be returned for store credit or exchanged if item is in original shipping package. 

Hair that has been altered or tried on can NOT be returned. Incase an item is damaged please contact us. 

Washing Wigs- Use sulfate free shampoo on extensions. Tresemee Moisture Rich Shampoo & Conditioner works great on our wigs and extensions. Brush, Comb and Detangle wig before wetting.Start at bottom work your way up. Let Hair Air Dry or under Hood Dryer. 

Laying Flat to dry or hanging up on hanger are the best ways when air drying. 

With proper care and maintenance hair should last at least 1-2 years if not longer. 

Wigs and Extensions can be colored/ lightened. Recommended by a professional. 

A light glosser or Argon  oil is good to to take fly always or frizz. Heavy oils/ products aren’t needed as it can weigh the wig down. Alter the curl pattern and cause shedding. 

Yes you can. To do so click the Book appointment button and you will see a create your own wig option. Click the button to fill out a wig form or send an email. 

At this  time yes I do offer an option to create a wig using hair provided by customer.
